Love this @Morvan. We all need to consider how effective we are and appreciate how important it is to have a plan. Establishing a project plan; creating deadlines; dependencies in order to reach objectives are key ( essentially who what when & why 😉 and whilst it takes time out of busy schedules, it will help teams function more autonomously and with end goals in mind.
Ps There are indeed some great tools to help the most novice of project managers (Zoho Projects ; Cliq ; Trello; Mondays) …..
@KatG Thanks very much for your feedback! I believe you raised a great point about team´s autonomy. When a project is clearly defined,managed and reported, CEO´s or top-managers do not need to micromanage their team and can focus more time on their own priorities. That is also truly positive for the organization.
