3) Boring Design: What are we doing to move away from the IKEA style ? When companies are scaling they are also looking for design standardisation and on my mind that is a real killer.
I love the recommendation “Even your listing can craft a narrative from the beginning, highlighting the story of the property, your expert, local team, and the community your guests will be part of, albeit temporarily.” It aligns with travellers’ who want to be part of the community, it tells a story (and everyone loves a story), and provides recognition of the hard work behind the scenes.
