Originally from Russia, I’ve been living in Italy for nearly a decade. With a Master’s in Architecture and a Ph.D. in Architectural Technology from Politecnico di Milano, I shifted my career three years ago to the exciting world of short-term rentals.

My partner Sergio and I started by renting our own apartment in Lecco, by Lake Como. After successfully managing our space, we expanded our services to help friends with their properties, which blossomed into a thriving business. Today, we lead a dedicated team that manages 110 properties.

This year, we proudly became a “benefit company,” committing ourselves to not just profitability but also to sustainable territorial development. Through our brand, Nativoo, we strive to offer guests more than just a place to stay; we aim to provide a genuine local experience. We collaborate with regional institutions and local businesses to promote sustainable tourism in the Lecco province and beyond.
