I’m the founder and director of Aravis International, an family run estate agency based in the Northern French Alps.  In addition to our extensive property sales and management services, we manage over 80 STR chalets and apts which accommodate 2 to 22 people!  We offer full serviced rentals for each of the properties and have a direct booking rate of 65% with a lot of repeat clients.  We’re all Anglo-French which helps us cater for people from all over the World, in their language whether for the rentals but also for the sales!  We specialise in providing “para-hôtelier” services and have become a go-to reference for owners taking advantage of this tax regime.
