In 2005, I founded Paris Be A Part Of It, known as Lokim in France, specializing in furnished rentals in Paris. Over the years, our business has expanded, with a multilingual team providing services in rentals, sales, and property management. My passion for real estate, particularly vacation rentals, drives my active participation in industry events as an organizer, speaker, moderator, and attendee. Since 2010, I've been a member of the Syndicat des Professionnels de la Location Meublée (SPLM), becoming president in 2020. If you're a French property manager, joining is essential! I've been involved with the European Holiday Home Association (EHHA) since 2015, serving as vice-chair since 2022. With over 19 years of experience, I am committed to helping property owners and managers maximize profitability and navigate industry challenges. In 2021 and 2022, I co-hosted the Paris Estate Of Mind podcast with Gail Boisclair. In 2022, I directed and produced Scale France, a VIP event for vacation rental professionals. Its success led to a second edition in 2023, with a third planned for November 2024. In 2024, I launched the LCD Awards, the first of their kind, to recognize excellence in short-term rental properties and their management in France.
